Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Reservation Policy:
- A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
- We may pre-authorize your credit card to validate its authenticity before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
- For individual reservations, cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date may be subject to a one-night charge.
Age Requirement:
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check-in, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Smoking Policy:
Thamel Nomads is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available outside the premises.
Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed in our accommodations. Only service animals with proper documentation are permitted.
Code of Conduct:
Guests are expected to show respect to fellow guests and our staff, maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in eviction without a refund.
Damage and Liability:
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay and may be charged accordingly. Thamel Nomads is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay.
Event and Gathering Policy:
Prior approval is required for hosting events or gatherings on our premises. Large gatherings that may disturb other guests are not permitted.
